BA/BS in Accounting + CPA required.
9+ years of progressive public accounting experience with strong real estate/partnership expertise.
2+ years leading tax management teams.
A natural communicator with presence — able to inspire confidence, hold attention, and lead client conversations with authority .
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and leadership skills with a track record of delivering results.
