Role Overview:

The Process and Business Analyst will work on BAU and sustainability enhancements, focusing on improving capabilities and processes derived from BCBS-239 reporting. The role involves process discovery, design, automation, and change management using Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) to bridge business needs with technical implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process Improvement & Governance
  • Enhance capabilities and processes related to BCBS-239 reporting, including Change Management, Problem Management, and SDLC processes.
  • Identify gaps and implement improvements for better efficiency and compliance.
• Business Process Modeling & Analysis
  • Use BPMN to model, analyze, and optimize business processes.
  • Align processes with business goals and ensure integration with technologies like AI and RPA for automation.
  • Conduct process mapping and facilitate stakeholder communication.
• Automation & Sustainability Enhancements
  • Drive process automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless implementation of automated workflows.
• Change Management & Stakeholder Engagement
  • Develop and execute change management strategies for process improvements.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment and adoption of new processes.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Experience: 8 10 years in Business Analysis and Process Improvement roles, preferably in BFSI or regulatory reporting environments.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in BPMN and process modeling tools (e.g., Signavio, Bizagi, Visio).
  • Familiarity with AI/RPA technologies and their integration with business processes.
• Domain Knowledge:
  • Understanding of BCBS-239 principles, Change Management, Problem Management, and SDLC processes.
• Core Skills:
  • Process discovery, process design, automation, and change management.
  • Strong analytical and documentation skills.
• Certifications (Preferred): CBAP, BPMN Certification, or equivalent.

Key Competencies:

• Ability to bridge business requirements with technical implementation.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Expertise in process optimization and automation strategies.
