Salary Range: $46,000 - $77,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Perform various welding techniques (MIG, TIG, Stick) on metal components.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols.
• Inspect finished welds to ensure quality, proper penetration, and adherence to specifications.
• Set up, operate, and maintain welding equipment and tools.
• Fabricate and assemble metal structures and parts according to design specifications.
• Adhere strictly to all safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Grind, cut, and prepare metal surfaces for welding.

Recommended Qualifications

• Minimum 2-5 years of hands-on welding experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in multiple welding processes, such as MIG, TIG, and Stick welding.
• Current AWS certification (e.g., D1.1, D1.2, D1.3, D1.6) or equivalent.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols.
• Strong understanding and adherence to safety procedures and quality standards.
• Experience with fabricating, grinding, and finishing metal components.

Bonus Qualifications

• Proficiency in multiple welding processes (e.g., TIG, MIG, Stick).
• Experience in metal fabrication, including cutting, grinding, and fitting.
• Ability to interpret complex blueprints and schematics.
• Forklift or overhead crane certification.
