Job Description

• Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in International Trade, Logistics Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of import/export experience, with EPE-related experience preferred; strong knowledge of Vietnam customs policies and clearance procedures.
• Proficient in office software and import/export-related systems; strong English communication skills.
• Highly responsible, resilient under pressure, with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with Vietnam’s EPE policies, Vietnamese language proficiency, and prior multinational company experience are preferred.

**Location:** Long An, Vietnam - Manage EPE-related import/export operations, including customs declarations, clearance, and logistics arrangements, ensuring compliance with Vietnamese and international regulations.

• Process EPE-related documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Liaise with Vietnam Customs authorities to facilitate smooth clearance of goods, monitor policy changes, and adjust procedures accordingly.
• Coordinate with logistics providers and freight forwarders to track shipments and resolve transportation issues.
• Prepare and review import/export documents (e.g., invoices, packing lists, bills of lading) to ensure compliance.
• Ensure all import/export activities adhere to regulations, conduct regular process reviews, identify risks, and propose improvements.
• Collaborate with finance, procurement, and sales teams to provide import/export data support.
