Dress Code: Personal scrubs of any color

8hrs non-billable orientation
Holiday and OT Multipliers - 1.25%

• 2 years current Critical Care experience [Required]
• Willingness to float REQUIRED [Required]
• Vent, ICP Monitoring and Hemodynamic Monitoring [Required]
• Meditech Expanse experience [strongly preferred]
• TNCC [Preferred]
• BSN Preferred
• Perm address must be uploaded with profile
• Traveler candidate must have their own vehicle. This is a firm requirement.
  
• Any/All RTO must be included in profile. ALL SCHEDULING REQUESTS MUST BE MADE AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION. Facility will NOT approve scheduling requests at/after time of offer. Please obtain this information prior to submittal. Requests after offer may lead to rescinded offer

Profile Requirements:

• Work History
• Skills Checklist (pertinent to position), current to 1 year
• 1 Supervisory Signed Reference (from within the past two years of employment)
• License/Certifications - Must be uploaded with profile

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :

• ACLS (AHA)
• BLS (AHA)
• NIHSS

STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS :

• Massachusetts

ADDITIONAL LICENSE REQUIREMENTS : MA license MUST be in-hand. Facility will not pend license. No exceptions.
Weekend Requirements : Weekends and Holidays as Needed
