Tax Consultant – Fully Remote (PST Hours)

We’re partnered with a well-established wealth management and tax advisory firm that’s continuing to grow and looking to add a Tax Consultant to their team. This is a fully remote role , though candidates must be comfortable working PST hours to collaborate effectively with clients and colleagues across the West Coast.

As a key member of the tax team, you’ll handle complex individual and business returns, partner closely with advisors to deliver high-touch client service, and play a hands-on role in helping clients plan for long-term financial success. Apply now!

Type: Full-time, Direct Hire
Location : 100% Fully Remote, MUST be comfortable with PST hours
Compensation: Up to $115K base DOE + full benefits

What You’ll Do

• Meet directly with clients to review their financial and tax situations, including income, assets, and investment portfolios
• Identify opportunities where the firm’s tax and wealth management services can optimize each client’s financial outcomes
• Develop and present customized tax strategies aligned with clients’ long-term goals
• Collaborate with internal advisors and tax professionals to deliver a seamless, high-touch client experience
• Stay current on tax law changes and market trends to proactively guide clients on key planning opportunities

What We’re Looking For

• 6+ years of tax preparation and advisory experience
• CPA, EA, or in-progress certification preferred
• Strong understanding of current federal and state tax codes
• Experience with high-net-worth individuals or multi-entity clients
• Excellent communication and client-service skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
