Job Description

Pay Rate: $48 - $52/Hour

What you'll do:

• Oversee assigned general ledger accounting activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close processes with emphasis in payroll, benefits and intercompany accounting
• Perform analysis of financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support accrual processes and business insights
• Execute compliance with internal controls
• Support external audits

Required Skills:

• Big 4 accounting firm experience
• Accounting ERP experience (preferably Oracle)
• 3+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a technology or high-growth company operating in a SOX environment
• Microsoft Excel skills (Vlookups, pivot tables, etc)
• CPA/CA or CPA/CA path

Top 3 must-have skills:

• Big 4 accounting firm (KPMG, EY, PwC or EY) experience
• 3+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a technology or high-growth company operating in a SOX environment
• Accounting ERP experience (preferably Oracle)
