As a Rental Sales Agent, you’ll play a key role in creating a positive experience for our customers. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Assisting customers in selecting the right rental vehicle to meet their needs.
- Providing information on rental terms, vehicle features, and available options.
- Processing rental agreements and ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.
- Handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues with professionalism and care.
- Promoting additional services and upgrades to enhance the customer experience.
