At Solar Pros, we're growing our statewide virtual team and looking for proven solar closers who know how to lead a homeowner through a full consult and close with confidence. With over 10 years of leadership in the industry, we provide strong support, warm lead flow, and a system designed for high-volume virtual success.
This is a fully remote role, available to experienced closers anywhere in Florida.
• Warm appointments and strong lead flow
• Uncapped commission with top closers earning well into six figures
• High-average contract value and competitive pay structure
• Direct mentorship from top performers and leadership
• Fast-moving operations, weekly training, and real closing support

• Run virtual solar consultations with qualified Florida homeowners
• Present customized energy recommendations and close deals remotely
• Manage your pipeline, follow-ups, and digital communication
• Collaborate with leadership to hit KPIs and maximize volume
• Close deals statewide from the comfort of your home
• Minimum 2+ years of SOLAR closing experience (in-home and/or virtual)
• Proven track record of consistent closing and hitting KPIs
• Strong presentation skills through Zoom or phone
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to run a remote sales schedule
• Must be located in Florida

Requires at least 2 years of solar closing experience
