Property Accountant
A well-known local area company is seeking an enthusiastic, savvy Real Estate Property Accountant to join their accounting team. This is an excellent position that will give you the opportunity to work and learn directly from senior management.

Responsibilities Of The Property Accountant
Responsible for monthly accounting for a portfolio of properties both on the commercial and residential side.
Day-to-day accounting and month end responsibilities which include bank reconciliations, booking accruals, tying out balance sheet accounts.
File personal property declarations, income and expense filings with the towns.
Ensure property and real estate taxes are paid timely.
Assist with the budget.
Assist with external audit for certain assigned properties.
Additional duties as assigned.
Desired Qualities And Qualifications Of The Property Accountant
BS in Accounting.
Real estate/property accounting experience either in industry or working with real estate clients in public accounting.
