**Responsibilities of the Motion Designer:**

* 🎬 **Motion Design & Animation**
* Create dynamic motion graphics, including titles, supers, explainer animations, and social content
* Translate storyboards and creative direction into engaging and effective motion graphics
* Add life to static designs using kinetic typography, transitions, animated infographics, and character rigging when needed
* 📊 **Project & Task Management**
* Prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple client projects simultaneously
* Communicate proactively with the team regarding progress, challenges, and deadlines
* Adapt to last-minute changes and incorporate client/internal feedback seamlessly
* 📢 **Creative** **Research & Innovation**
* Stay updated on industry trends, animation techniques, and content marketing innovations
* Bring fresh, creative ideas to enhance motion graphics and design processes
* **✨ Visual Effects (VFX) Integration for Marketing**
* VFX is more than a creative bonus—it’s a strategic advantage in marketing video production. You’ll be expected to:
* Implement eye-catching effects such as kinetic text bursts, digital overlays, environmental simulations, and surreal transitions to elevate brand storytelling

**Specifics:**

* Full-time; 9 AM - 5 PM PST (with some flexibility +/- 2-3 hours depending on preference after ramping up).
