The Opportunity As part of the Finance Consulting team you will lead the execution of Finance and Accounting managed services at client engagements. As a Director you will set the strategic direction, drive business growth, and maintain executive-level client relations while fostering a culture of integrity and inclusivity. This role requires a proven track record in managing financial outcomes and mentoring talented global teams. The salary range for this position is: $155,000 - $410,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
