Job Title:** Lead Engineer Software
*Location: *8515 East Orchard Road, Greenwood Village, CO 80111 *may work remotely from anywhere in the US.
Salary: $164,112.00* per year with * Standard corporate benefits.
Duties: Understand the end-to-end technical flow of the project. Collaborate with the business and architects to understand, suggest, and follow best practices and implement solutions. Influence technical solutions by sharing knowledge and brainstorming within the team. Help the team to move forward with the technical problem-solving skills. Assist in code review and enforce standard practices within the team. Continuously learn and adapt to recent technologies and development practices. Go-to person for trying out innovative solutions or conducting proof-of-concepts. May work remotely from anywhere in the US.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Applied Computer Science, or related; 5 years of experience as an Associate Architect, Software Engineering Specialist, or a related position, which must include: Supporting 401k record-keeping systems for highly visible clients that are built on legacy technologies such as Java/EJBs, requiring expertise of Java1.8 and all its previous versions. Developing Procedures, Triggers, and Views using relational databases such as PL/SQL. Scheduling batch jobs to generate and send out security alerts/notifications related to participants' account changes using Autosys. Investigating and resolving complex technical issues and bottlenecks across multiple layers of applications, requiring strong finance domain knowledge.
