Description We are looking for a dedicated Human Resources Generalist to join our team in Omaha, Nebraska. This role is ideal for someone who is detail oriented and has a strong background in HR processes, capable of managing various aspects of the employee lifecycle. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance with regulations, fostering employee engagement, and supporting organizational goals. Responsibilities: - Implement and oversee HR policies, procedures, and programs throughout the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, benefits management, and offboarding. - Ensure adherence to state and federal employment laws and workplace safety regulations, especially within a healthcare setting. - Collaborate with leadership to address workforce planning needs, including skills gap analysis and talent development strategies. - Manage employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and providing performance management coaching. - Contribute to operational initiatives such as improving patient flow, enhancing digital health processes, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. - Maintain accurate and confidential HR records and documentation to support organizational integrity. - Provide guidance on company policies and procedures to employees and managers to promote a positive workplace culture. - Support full-cycle recruitment efforts to identify and onboard top talent for the organization. - Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and other HR platforms to streamline administrative tasks and reporting. - Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, communication, and issue resolution. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; or applicable experience - Minimum of 5 years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar role. - Proven experience in healthcare or other highly regulated industries is strongly preferred. - Solid knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage sensitive information discreetly and professionally. - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities to address employee and organizational needs. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HR platforms. - Ability to adapt and work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
