**Food Production Worker** **Pay: $19/Hour** **Day Shift: Friday-Sunday 4AM-5PM** **Night Shift: Friday-Sunday 4PM-5AM** **Location: Sumner, WA** **Job Description** Join a dedicated warehouse team responsible for shipping a variety of products including noodles, dumplings, and sauces directly to consumers. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a small team that emphasizes culture and collaboration. **Responsibilities** + Pack and prepare products for shipment. + Manage inventory and ensure accurate stock levels. + Perform picking and packing tasks efficiently. + Handle shipping and receiving duties. + Operate RF scanners for tracking and inventory management. + Conduct material handling tasks to support warehouse operations. **Essential Skills** + Experience with packing, inventory management, and warehouse operations. + Proficiency in picking/packing and shipping/receiving processes. + Ability to handle general labor tasks and operate RF scanners. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Personable demeanor with strong communication skills. + Familiarity with large-scale food manufacturing environments. **Why Work Here?** Be part of a small, dynamic team with significant growth opportunities. The role requires availability for weekend day shifts (4am - 5pm) with two meal breaks included. Candidates must have good attendance and be ready to start immediately. The environment includes standard food production safety protocols and requires the completion of a 4 Panel Oral Tox screening. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sumner, WA. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
