**Job Title: General Production Worker** **Job Description** Join a dynamic team in a rapidly growing company where you will be instrumental in producing and packaging high-quality frozen dumplings. Operate packaging equipment, inspect products for quality and safety, and maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards. **Responsibilities** + Operate packaging equipment to prepare frozen dumplings for distribution. + Inspect products for quality, consistency, and adherence to food safety standards. + Weigh, label, and seal packages according to company specifications. + Maintain cleanliness of workstations and adhere to sanitation guidelines. + Follow safety protocols and report any equipment or product issues. **Essential Skills** + Experience with packing and inventory. + Knowledge of packaging lines for food production. + Ability to handle materials efficiently. + Proficient in using RF scanners. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Strong attendance record is essential. + Willingness to work 36 hours and receive compensation for an additional 4 hours. + Availability for overtime if needed. + Ability to work weekend night shifts (4pm - 5am with two meal breaks). **Why Work Here?** Be a part of a small team with big opportunities. Adhere to strict dress code and hygiene standards: clean clothes, no fragrances, and closed-toe shoes only. Remove all jewelry and cosmetics before starting work. Follow PPE guidelines with hair nets, lab coats, gloves, and ear protection. The company offers street parking when the lot is full. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sumner, WA. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
