**Job Title: Entry Level Production Worker** **Shifts:** 1st 6am-230pm, 2nd 2pm-1030pm **Pay:** $18.27, $18.77 **Job Description** Join our dynamic team as a Production Worker, where you will be responsible for producing and packing products according to specifications. You will follow recipes and written instructions while maintaining a clean and sanitary work area. Operate equipment safely and efficiently as needed for each job, and work collaboratively in a team environment under GMP, Safety, and Company guidelines. **Responsibilities** + Produce and pack products to specification. + Understand and follow recipes and written instructions. + Maintain work area in a clean and sanitary condition. + Operate equipment safely and efficiently as needed for each job. + Work in a team environment under GMP, Safety, and Company guidelines. + Identify potential defects in products and bring attention to the issue. + Perform other related tasks and duties as assigned. **Essential Skills** + Packaging, and general labor. + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment within a food manufacturing facility. + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. The environment is clean, though it can be loud depending on the area. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Santa Cruz, CA. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.27 - $18.77/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
