We are seeking a dedicated and experienced general production worker to join our team in an industrial setting, operating machinery such as furnaces and engaging in machine operation tasks. **If you're interested in this opportunity, please apply and a recruiter will reach out to you within 24-48 hours.**
**Responsibilities**
+ Operate industrial machinery, including furnaces, as part of the manufacturing process.
+ Handle barrels of tungsten powder, placing them in dryers to initiate the chemical manufacturing process.
+ Perform physical tasks such as moving products and walking up and down stairs throughout the shift.
+ Maintain productivity in a non-climate controlled environment, managing exposure to high temperatures and residue.
+ Complete a two-week training program, including off-site and on-site training, before starting independent work.

**Work Environment**
The work environment is challenging, featuring a very physical job in a non-climate controlled chemical plant. Employees should expect an ammonia smell and the possibility of becoming dirty due to black powder residue. The plant can be hot, especially in the summer, with temperatures exceeding 120°F. Workers will be trained to handle high-temperature furnaces, robots, and powdered metal. Dress comfortably for manual labor in a tough industrial setting.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Huntsville, AL.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
