Executive Coach

The Executive Coach provides individualized, confidential coaching sessions to emerging and senior leaders. This role focuses on helping participants enhance leadership effectiveness, emotional intelligence, and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions aligned with leadership goals.
• Develop personalized coaching plans and track progress toward outcomes.
• Administer leadership assessments and provide actionable feedback.
• Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards throughout the coaching engagement.

Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role

• ICF certification (PCC or MCC level preferred).
• 7+ years of executive coaching experience in leadership or organizational contexts.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred in related field.
• Experience with higher education or nonprofit organizations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
