Position Overview

As an Entry-Level Event Marketing & Fundraising Associate , you will play a hands-on role in executing live events and promotional campaigns while representing our nonprofit partners. This position is ideal for competitive, high-energy candidates who thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy engaging directly with the public.

No prior experience is required — paid training and ongoing mentorship are provided .

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the planning, setup, and execution of live fundraising and promotional events

• Represent nonprofit and charity partners by engaging with the public and communicating campaign missions

• Build strong relationships with community members, local businesses, and nonprofit organizations

• Support on-site marketing initiatives, brand promotions, and event activations

• Assist with social media engagement and event promotions as needed

• Track event performance and help identify opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness

• Collaborate with a high-energy team to deliver memorable community-focused experiences

Candidate Qualifications
