Job Summary (List Format):
- Provide customer service through both face-to-face and virtual interactions
- Assist customers by offering guidance and instruction on completing forms
- Manage and respond to inquiries in a team inbox from both internal and external customers
- Exercise judgment in interpreting and applying customer service procedures
- Schedule and handle in-person and virtual appointments via a shared team calendar
- Hybrid work schedule: 3 days in office, 2 days remote
- Required skills: customer service experience, knowledge of tax law
- Preferred skills: bilingual, adaptable to business software, experience with Google Suite/Microsoft Office
