Position Title: Clinical Lab Technologist

Pay: $50–$55/hour
Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking Clinical Lab Technologist for an exciting Travel or Local job in New York, NY.
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of Clinical Laboratory Technologist experience
Associate’s Degree from an accredited laboratory technician program (required); Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Valid NYSED license to practice as a Clinical Laboratory Technologist (092) with Primary Source Verification
BLS certification preferred
Roles & Responsibilities
Perform clinical laboratory testing in assigned sections (hematology, chemistry, microbiology, blood bank, etc.)
Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory instruments and equipment
Ensure accuracy of test results through proper quality control procedures
Document and report laboratory findings in accordance with policies and regulations
Follow laboratory safety, infection control, and regulatory standards
Participate in proficiency testing and quality improvement activities
Communicate critical values promptly to appropriate clinical staff
Maintain patient confidentiality and accurate laboratory records
