You'll work closely with the partners. This role reports directly to firm leadership, not layers of middle management. Your voice matters, your decisions have impact, and your growth isn't gated by hierarchy.

The Role
We're hiring a CAS Practice Manager to lead a team of 12-15 accounting professionals serving 20+ construction clients. You'll own your portfolio's P&L, revenue targets, utilization, pricing, and margins, while building the kind of client relationships that drive retention and growth.
This is a leadership role, not a senior accountant role. You'll inherit clients post-implementation and be responsible for service delivery, team development, and profitability. If you've built a book of business in a CAS environment and know how to keep clients and develop talent, we want to talk.
