Job Title: Rental Kiosk Attendant - Hale Koa and Waikiki Beaches

Job Description: We're seeking positive and conscientious individuals to join us in managing our rental kiosks. Responsibilities include:

• Operating rental kiosks at the Hale Koa on Fort DeRussy and multiple locations in Waikiki Beaches
• Providing excellent customer service to tourists and visitors
• Assisting customers with rental equipment for beach activities
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the kiosk area
• Working as part of a cohesive team to ensure smooth operations
• Embracing the beautiful beachfront atmosphere and engaging with diverse groups of people
• Emphasizing a positive and enjoyable experience for all customers

Requirements:

• A positive attitude and enthusiasm for working in a tourist-focused environment
• Ability to work flexible hours and schedules
• Enjoyment of the outdoors and willingness to work in beachfront locations
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proven ability to work well within a team
• Prior experience in customer service or a similar role is advantageous
