A top-tier California employment law firm is hiring a talented litigator to join its fully remote team. This plaintiff-side practice is known for high-impact wage & hour class actions, PAGA cases, and individual FEHA claims —work that protects employees’ rights across the state.

You’ll take the lead on a robust docket, managing matters from intake through resolution. If you’re a self-starter who thrives on autonomy, enjoys litigation strategy, and wants your compensation tied directly to your results, this role is tailored for you.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage a docket of approximately 25+ active employment matters (individual and class/PAGA)
• Handle complaints, discovery, depositions, mediations, and settlement strategy
• Collaborate with the firm’s founder on litigation strategy while owning your cases

What You’ll Receive:

• $150,000 to $175,000 base salary, plus tiered bonuses up to 10% of net fees
