Associate Attorney - Complex Litigation

About the Role
gpac is partnered with a top-tier litigation firm known for its sharp legal minds and proven success in high-stakes disputes. This is a prime opportunity for a driven attorney to take on complex commercial, business, bankruptcy, and real estate litigation cases and make a real impact.

What You'll Do:

* Handle complex cases from inception to resolution

* Draft and argue motions, conduct depositions, manage discovery

* Collaborate on strategy and represent clients in hearings, mediations, and trials

* Tackle matters including contract disputes, business torts, real estate conflicts, and adversary bankruptcy proceedings

What We're Looking For:

* 3-7 years of litigation experience

* Strong courtroom presence and legal writing skills

* Experience in commercial, business, bankruptcy, or real estate litigation

* Highly organized, proactive, and client-focused
